There's nothing worse than fixing all the things and having someone tell you that it's still broken only to find out it's actually broken on their end due to their browser cache. That's where reBusted comes into play.
I assume reBusted adds variables to your URLs, which doesn't sound like a great solution, but it's a good way to avoid caching issues.
If caching is driving you crazy, reBusted may be a good solution.
